Owen, a Internationally known forensic expert is the Chairman of the American Board of Recorded Evidence. He also serves as the Chairman of the Audio Engineering Society's Standards Group SC-03-WG-12 on Forensic Audio.
Mr. Owen Worked at New York City's Lincoln Center Archives for eleven years as Chief Engineer.
Owen has published more than twenty-five articles in the Audio Engineering Society Journal, the International Association for Identification Journal and other publications concerning Forensic Audio and the restoration of sound. He is also available on audio cassette from the Audio Engineering Society.
