Our rate employment/engagement and retainer arrangements are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Quoted fees are considered retainers and are therefore non-refundable.

DIGITAL VOICE IDENTIFICATION

$3,500.00 for one known and one unknown
Minimum.

AUTHENTICITY (Video or Audio)

$4,500.00 per tape, per side; includes up to 1 hour of analog/digital recording: Minimum
Additional charges may apply.

DIGITAL ENHANCEMENT

Digital Audio Enhancement $1,500 minimum up to one hour of recording (if tape or disc exceeds one hour). Additional charges may apply.
Digital Video Enhancement $3000 minimum up to one hour of finish product

CERTIFIED TRANSCRIPT

$250.00 per hour if done by Mr. Owen in Lab

COURT TESTIMONY:
DEPOSITION, CONSULTING

$3,000.00 per day in New York and New Jersey. Testimony, Deposition, and Consulting outside of NYC are quoted on a case by case basis. All expenses for first class travel, business class hotels, car rental, food or other expenses will be collected 10 days in advance.

RETAINER POLICY:

$1000.00 to be named as an expert or to file an Affidavit. $1000.00 per Affidavit
